TrainingNCFE Level 1 Introductory Award in Radio Production.

 


This qualification can be used as a core module for further NCFE accredited courses, allowing future progression within the subject.
Course outline: Basic studio set up, requirements and use. One final radio show with evaluation.
Class size: Maximum of 8 students per class.

The course on offer promises to deliver thirty exciting hours of training in radio programming and production skills. Learners will engage in many of the activities carried out in community, commercial and BBC radio stations across the country. From the initial research stages, music selection and radio show preparation, through to the presentation of their very own one hour radio show, learners will grow in self-confidence, develop their team skills and further their education.

The unique way in which the course is assessed, via the means of practical observation and a small amount of written work or audio interview allows learners of all abilities and needs complete access to the programme.
